Karaciğerde hemanjiom tehlikeli mi?

Karaciğer hemanjiomları, bu organda görülen en sık iyi huylu tümöral oluşumdur. Birçok karaciğer hemanjiomu vakası herhangi bir şikayet oluşturmadığı için sadece takip edilir. Nadir de olsa çok sayıda veya büyük yapıda olan hemanjiomlar ağrı ve rahatsızlık şikayetlerinin gelişimine neden olabilir.

Karaciğerde hemanjiom ne iyi gelir?

Karaciğer hemanjiomu karaciğerdeki kan damarlarında meydana gelen iyi huylu oluşumlardır. İçi kanla dolu küçük boşluklardan oluşur ve çoğunlukla çapı 3 cm'den küçük yuvarlak lezyonlar olarak görünür. Karaciğerde hemanjiom varlığını kontrol etmek amacıyla abdominal ultrasonografi yapılmalıdır.


Hemanjiom kansere dönüşür mü?

Hemanjiom, kan damarlarının anormal büyümesinin neden olduğu kanserli olmayan (iyi huylu) bir tümördür. Hemanjiyomlar vücudun herhangi bir yerinde ortaya çıkabilir, ancak en sık yüz ve boyunda bulunur.

Hemanjiom kaç mm olmalı?

Genellikle 5 cm. den küçüktürler. 5 cm den büyük olanlar dev hemanjiom olarak adlandırılır.

Karaciğerdeki hemanjiom küçülür mü?

Hemanjiom alınmazsa ne olur?

Hemanjiom tedavi edilmezse büyümeye devam edebilir. Hemanjiomlar iyi huylu bir hastalık olup bir kısmı ilerleyen zamanlarda kendiliğinden geçebilmektedir. Kaybolan hemanjiomlar için herhangi bir tedavi gerekmez.

Hemanjiom nasıl yok edilir?

İlaç enjeksiyonuyla tedavi

Damarı yakıcı sklerozan madde damarın içine enjekte edilir, ilaç verilen damar yumağı zamanla büzülerek yok olur.Seanslar halinde müdahale edilir. En az riskli ve iyi sonuç veren bir uygulamadır.

Karaciğerde hemanjiom nedir belirtileri?

Hemanjiom karaciğerin iyi huylu tümörleridir. Çoğunlukla rastlantısal olarak saptanırlar. Bazen büyük boyutlara ulaşıp bası ya da ağrı yakınmalarına yol açıp inceleme sırasında teşhis edilebilir. Hemanjiom tanısı çoğunlukla ultrasonografi, manyetik rezonans görüntüleme ya da bilgisayarlı tomografi ile konur.

Yetişkinlerde hemanjiom neden olur?

İsminden de belli olacağı gibi damarsal bir sorun olan hemanjiom, damarların henüz sebebi bilinmeyen bir şekilde bir araya toplanarak büyümesinden kaynaklanır. Bu damar probleminin kanserleşmesi söz konusu değildir. Yalnız büyümeye başladığında kanama şikayetine maruz bırakabilmektedir.

Hemanjiom kimlerde görülür?

Yaş. Bir karaciğer hemanjiomu her yaşta teşhis edilebilir, ancak en sık 30 ila 50 yaş arası kişilerde teşhis edilir. Cinsiyet. Kadınların karaciğer hemanjiomu tanısı erkeklerden daha fazladır.

Hemanjiom hangi ilaç kullanılır?
