Epdantoin ilacı ne işe yarar?

EPDANTOİN®, beyin ameliyatı sırasında ve sonrasında veya ciddi kafa yaralanması sonrasındaki nöbetleri kontrol etmek veya önlemek amacıyla, çeşitli sara (epileptik) rahatsızlıklarının kontrol edilmesinde kullanılabilir. EPDANTOİN® ayrıca yüz siniri ağrısı (trigeminal nevraljinin) tedavisinde de kullanılabilir.


Epdantoin nasıl kullanılır?

Bir çok erişkinde günde tek veya bölünmüş 200-500 mg idame dozu yeterli olacaktır. Dozaj, miktar belirleme olanağı mevcut olan yerlerde serum düzeyine göre ayarlanır. uygun idame dozu üç eşit doza bölünmüş günde 300 mg veya dört eşit doza bölünmüş 400 mg'dır. Gerekli durumlarda doz günde 600 mg'a çıkarılabilir.

Epilepsi ilaçlarının yan etkileri nelerdir?

Sık görülen yan etkileri uyku, dengesizlik ve sakinleştirmedir. Bunun dışında böbrek taşı, terlememe, kilo kaybı gibi yan etkiler bu ilaca hastır.

Fenitoin hangi hastalıklarda kullanılır?

Fenitoin (PHT), bir anti-nöbet ilacıdır. Tonik-klonik nöbetlerin ve fokal nöbetlerin önlenmesinde yararlıdır, ancak absans nöbetlerin önlenmesinde yararlı değildir. İntravenöz form olan fosfenitoin, benzodiazepinlerle düzelmeyen status epileptikus için kullanılır.

Fenitoin neden verilir?

Fenitoin tonik-klonik (grand mal) tipinde status epileptikusun kontrol altına alınmasında ve beyin cerrahisi ve/veya ağır kafa travması sırasında ya da sonrasında konvülsiyonların önlenmesi ve tedavisinde endikedir.

Keppra nedir ve ne için kullanılır?

KEPPRA, epilepsi (sara) nöbetlerinin tedavisinde kullanılan antiepileptik (sara nöbetlerini önleyici) bir ilaçtır. KEPPRA, 16 yaş ve üstü hastalarda ikincil olarak yaygınlaşma olan ya da olmayan kısmi başlangıçlı nöbetlerde tek başına kullanılır.

Epitoin hangi ilaç grubu?

EPİTOİN, anti-epileptik ilaçlar olarak adlandırılan ilaç grubundandır. Bu ilaçlar sara (epilepsi) tedavisinde kullanılır. EPİTOİN, şiddetli sara nöbetlerinin (status epilepticus) tedavisinde kullanılabilir.
