A-V fistül ameliyatından sonra, az miktarda sızıntı olabilir. Sızıntı şeklindeki kanamalarda pansuman açılır. Steril gazlı bezle insizyon bölgesine thrill kaybolmayacak şekilde orta basınçta 5-10 dakika baskı uygulanır (RESİM 7-12). Sızıntı durunca tekrar pansuman kapatılır.
