Divertikülit ne zaman ameliyat edilir?

Divertikülit atağı geçirenlerde ameliyat gerekir mi? Hastaneye yatırılmadan tedavi edilebilen hastaların büyük kısmı bir daha atak geçirmez. Divertikül atağı geçiren hastaların bir kısmında ise atak atlatıldıktan yaklaşık 8 hafta sonra ameliyat gerekebilir.

Divertikül ameliyatı sonrası tekrarlar mı?

Kronik divertikülitte ise cerrahi divertikülit ataklarının önlenmesi ya da striktür veya fistül gibi komplikasyonları tedavisi için uygulanır. Divertikülit atağı geçiren bir hastanın tekrar bir atak geçirme ihtimali vardır. Atağın tekrarlama ihtimali komplike olmayan divertikülitlerden sonra düşüktür.


Divertikül tedavi edilmezse ne olur?

Divertikülit ilerlerse karında apseleşmeye ve ciddi karın zarı iltihabına yol açabilir. Gecikmiş veya tedaviye yanıt vermeyen hastalarda kalın bağırsağın dışarı alındığı ciddi ameliyatlara gerekebilir. Kalın bağırsakta ciddi kanama sıkıntısına ve cerrahi tedavi gereksimine yol açabilir.

Divertikül hastaları ne yemeli?

Daha fazla lif yemek: Yüksek lifli diyet, divertikülit riskini azaltır. Taze meyve, sebze ve kepekli tahıllar gibi lif bakımından zengin yiyecekler, atık maddeleri yumuşatır ve kolonunuzdan daha hızlı geçmesine yardımcı olur. Tohum ve fındık yemek, divertikülit gelişimi ile ilişkili değildir.

Divertikülit ağrısı nereye vurur?

Karın Ağrısı: Divertikülit ağrısı aralıksız olarak birkaç gün devam edebilen karın ağrısı şeklinde kendini gösterir. Bu ağrı karnın sol alt tarafında daha fazla ortaya çıkar. Ancak bazen, özellikle Asya kökenli insanlarda karnın sağ tarafında daha fazla ağrı olur.

Divertikülit için hangi antibiyotik kullanılır?

Komplike olmayan divertiküller

Bazı hastalar oral geniş spektrumlu antibiyotikler (metranidazol 500 mg günde üç kez veya siprofloksasin 500 mg günde iki kez) ve düşük lifli diyetle hastanede yatmadan tedaviye cevap verirler. Antibiyotikler 7-10 gün devam etmelidir. Hastaların çoğu 48-72 saatte düzelir.

Bağırsak ameliyatı ne kadar sürede iyileşir?

Kalın bağırsak ameliyatı iki şekilde yapılabilir: kapalı veya açık ameliyat şeklinde olabilir. Standart açık kalın barsak ve rektum ameliyatlarında karnın orta kesiminde uzun bir ameliyat kesisi ile yapılmaktadır. Hastalar genellikle 7-8 günden sonra hastaneden taburcu edilebilmektedirler.

Divertikül tehlikeli midir?

Divertikülit şiddetli karın ağrısı, ateş, mide bulantısı ve bağırsak alışkanlıklarınızda belirgin değişikliklere sebep olabilmektedir. Hafif divertikülit, dinlenerek, diyette yapılan değişiklikler ya da antibiyotiklerle tedavi edilebilmektedir. Şiddetli ve tekrarlayan divertikülit ise ameliyat gerektirebilir.

Divertikül atağı nedir?

Divertikül kalın bağırsaktan (kolon) dışarıya çıkan balon şeklinde keseciklerdir. Genellikle kalın bağırsak kasının zayıf bölgelerinde oluşur. Tek keseye divertikül denirken, bunlar sayıca çok fazlaysa divertikülozis olarak adlandırılır.

Divertikül iltihabına ne iyi gelir?

Eğer yaşanan ilk atak ve belirtiler hafifse evde istirahat önerilir. İlk birkaç gün sıvı veya düşük lifli diyet önerilir. Daha sonra tahıllar, meyve ve sebzeler diyete eklenir. Bir hafta kadar antibiyotik tedavisi uygulanmalıdır.
