Demans Hastası Bakım Parası

Demans hastalığı, aynı zamanda evde bakım parası hakkına sahip olan hastalıklardan birisidir. Demans hastasına evde bakım parası alabilmek için öncelikle hastanın ikamet ettiği bölgede Aile ve Sosyal Politikalar Bakanlığı müdürlüğüne başvuru yapılması gereklidir.

Demansın son evresi nedir?

Normal şartlarda Alzheimer hastalarının hastaneye yatırılmayı gerektirecek bir durumları olmaz ve bakımları evde veya huzurevinde yapılır. Alzheimer hastalığının yanı sıra başka hastalıkları (kalp hastalığı, diyabet vb.) da varsa ve tedavi gerektiriyorsa o zaman hastanede yatmaları gerekebilir.

Ileri evre demans bulguları nelerdir?

Diyette sebzeler, meyveler, kuru baklagiller, az yağlı süt ürünleri ve proteinli yiyecekler olmalıdır. Kalp için kötü olan beyin için de kötüdür. O nedenle öğünlerde katı yağ ve yağlı et parçalarına daha az yer verilmelidir. Genellikle işlenmiş gıdalarda bulunan rafine şekerden mümkün olduğunca kaçınılmalıdır.

Son yıllarda yapılan araştırmalarda vitamin B12 ve folik asit eksikliğinin homosistein denilen maddenin vücutta fazlalaşmasına yol açtığı , bu maddenin fazlalaşmasının sinir hücrelerine zarar vererek demansa (bunama) neden olduğunu anlaşılmıştır. Kardiyovasküler Risk Faktörleri: Hipertansiyon, yüksek kolesterol, atar damarlardaki yağ artışı ve obezite gibi kardiyovasküler risk faktörleri demans riskinizi artırır. Depresyon: İleri yaşlarda depresyon demans gelişmesiyle beraber görülebilir.

Demans hastası ne yememeli?

Ağır demans evresinde, kişinin hafıza, dil, hareket, düşünme ve karar verme becerileri ciddi şekilde etkilenir. Kişi, çevresindeki insanlar ve olaylar hakkında bilgi sahibi olamaz, tamamen yardıma bağımlı hale gelir ve günlük aktiviteleri gerçekleştiremez. Bazı hastalarda yatağa tamamen bağlı olma durumu gözlenebilir.
