Dekort hangi hastalık için kullanılır?

DEKORT tablet, anti-inflamatuar, antiromatizmal ve antialerjik etkilerinden dolayı kortikosteroid tedavisinde kullanılır. DEKORT tablet'in endike olduğu hastalıklar şu şekildedir: Bölgesel enterit ve ülseratif kolitli hastalarda hastalığın kritik periyodunda endikedir.

Dekort ne kadar sürede etki eder?

Deksametazonun etkileri sıklıkla bir gün içinde görülür ve yaklaşık üç gün sürer.


Dekort nefes açar mı?

DEKORT' dan fazla alınması ile boğazın şişmesi, deri reaksiyonu, nefes alıp vermede zorlanma görülebilir.

Dekort ödem atar mı?

Tümörün etrafında ödem varsa dekort (dexametazon) tablet tedavide başlanacaktır beraberinde mutlaka mide koruyucusu verilecektir. Bu steroid ilaç olduğu için tümör etrafındaki ödeme bağlı şişmeyi engelleyecektir. Bu ilaç sizin iştahınızın artmasına ve hıçkırığa neden olur.

Dekort ta kortizon var mı?

Dekort, kortikosteroid (hormonlara benzeyen ilaçlar) grubuna dahil bir ilaç olan deksametazon içeren ampuldür.

Deksamet nedir ne işe yarar?

Bir anti-enflamatuar ilaç olarak. Deksametazon, vücudun çeşitli bölgelerindeki iltihabı hafifletir. Özellikle omurga ve beynin tümörleri ile ilişkili şişliği (ödemi) azaltmak ve göz iltihabını tedavi etmek için kullanılır.


Dekort ne kadar kullanilir?

Premedikasyon için DEKORT 8-20 mg/gün olarak 1-3 gün süresince kullanılır. Değişik yaş grupları Çocuklarda kullanım: Çocuklarda DEKORT başlangıç dozu, hastalığın durumuna göre değişebilir.

Dekort kiloya kaçtan verilir?

DEKSAMETAZON (DEKORT): ÇOCUK, YETİŞKİN YENİDOĞAN DOZU. Doz: 0.1 – 0.6mg/kg/doz (max doz: 10mg) İV/PO 3 dozda . Krup sendromu tedavisi: 0.6mg/kg ( IV, PO,IM ) tek doz olarak (Krupta 2mg/kg/gün 1-2 dozda prednisolonda verilebilir.)

Dekort uzun etkili mi?

Steroid ilaçların yarılanma ömürleri ile ilgili ifadeleri içeren “kortizonun yarılanma ömrü < 12 saat olan kısa etkili bir steroiddir”, “deltacortril (prednizolon), prednol-L (metilprednizolon) orta etkili (12-36 saat) steroidlerdir”, “dekort (deksametazon) yarılanma ömrü > 36 saat olan uzun etkili bir steroiddir” ...

Dekort hap günde kaç kez kullanılır?

Uygun kullanım ve doz/uygulama sıklığı için talimatlar: Başlangıç dozu, günde 0.75 – 9 mg arasında değişebilir. Hafif olgularda 0.75 mg' ın altına inilebilir daha ciddi olgularda ise 9 mg' ın üzerine çıkabilir. Günlük dozun 3 veya 4 kısıma bölünerek verilmesi gerekir.

Nefes açıcı ilaçlar zararlı mı?

Nefes açıcı ilaçlara zararlı denilemez ancak yan etkileri bulunur. Bu yan etkiler iskelet kaslarının kısa süreli kasılması, kalpte çarpıntı, anksiyete olarak gösterilebilir.

İlaç yan etki yaptı ne yapmalıyım?

Şikayetleriniz düzelse dahi doktorunuz ilacı kesmeden bırakmayınız. Belirtilen yan etkilerin hepsi bir arada bulunmayabilir; hatta hiç yan etki de olmayabilir. İlaçları alkol ile birlikte almayınız veya hekiminize danışınız. Ortaya çıkan yan etkiler çoğunlukla kısa bir süre sonra ortadan kalkacaktır.
