PAXERA®, tedavinin ilk birkaç haftasında beyindeki serotonin seviyesini arttırarak etki eder.

Paxera iyileştirir mi?

PAXERA®, majör depresif bozukluk (MDD) tedavisinde endikedir. Hastaların 1 yıla kadar paroksetin kullandığı çalışmalara ait sonuçlar, depresif semptomların relapsını ve tekrarlamasını engellemede paroksetinin etkili olduğunu göstermektedir.

Paxera ilaç uyku yapar mı?

Yaygın: Uyuklama hali, uykusuzluk, ajitasyon, anormal rüyalar ( kabus dahil). Yaygın olmayan: Konfüzyon, halüsinasyonlar. Seyrek: Manik reaksiyonlar, anksiyete, depersonalizasyon, panik atak, akatizi.


Paxera 30 mg nasıl bırakılır?

PAXERA tedavisinin kesilmesi: Diğer psikoaktif ilaçlarda da olduğu gibi, genel olarak tedavinin aniden kesilmesinden kaçınılmalıdır (bkz. Bölüm 4.4 ve 4.8). Azaltılan doz rejimi ile ilgili son klinik çalışmalar, 1 hafta aralıklarla günde 10 mg'lık doz azaltılmasını içermektedir.

Paxera ne zaman iyi gelir?

Doktorunuz belirtileri kontrol altında tutmak için dozu kademeli olarak maksimum günde 50 mg veya 60 mg'a kadar artırabilir. Tedavinin süresi hastalığınıza bağlıdır. Hastaların genellikle ilk iki hafta içinde bazı iyileşmeler hissetmesine rağmen, ilacın tam etkisinin gözlenmesi daha uzun zaman alabilir.

Paxera 30 mg kimler kullanabilir?

Majör depresyon, obsesif-kompulsif bozukluk, panik bozukluğu, sosyal anksiyete bozukluğu, travma sonrası stres bozukluğu, yaygın anksiyete bozukluğu ve vazomotor semptomlar (örneğin sıcak basması ve gece terlemeleri, menopoz ile ilişkili) durumlarının tedavisinde kullanılmaktadır.

Paxera alışkanlık yapar mı?

Hayır , bağımlılık yapmaz , bağımlılık yapma riski bile taşımaz.

Paxera günde kaç kez kullanılır?

Uygulama şekli: Oral kullanım içindir. PAXERA'nın günde bir defa sabahları yemekle birlikte alınması tavsiye edilir. Tabletler çiğnenmeden yutulmalıdır.

Paxera saç dökülmesi yapar mı?

Bu nedenle paroksetinin NOS inhibisyonu ve nöradrenejik etkileri nedeniyle saç dökülmesi yapması beklenmemektedir.

Paxera paroksetin kilo aldırır mı?

SSRI'lar içinde Paroksetin en çok kilo aldıran ilaçtır. Fluoksetin ile ilgili tartışmalı veriler bulunmaktadır. Başlangıçta anorektik etkileri görülmekte birlikte uzun süreli incelemelerde bu etkinin gecici olduğu ve sonuçta başlangıç kilosunu artırdığı yönünde veriler mevcuttur.

Paroksetin cinsel gücü artırır mı?

Paroksetin alan erkeklerde en çok ifade edilen yakınma ereksiyon güçlüğü olmuştur. Bu çalışmada paroksetin ile özellikle ereksiyon güçlüğünün yük- sek sıklıkta gözlenmesi bu ilacın diğer SSRI ilaçlara göre çok daha fazla antikolinerjik aktiviteye sahip olması (Hyttel 1994) ile ilişkili olabilir.

Paxera esneme yapar mı?

Paroksetin kul- lanımı sırasında en sık görülen yan etkiler; bulantı, uyku hali, esneme, ağız kuruluğu, iştah azalması, sinirlilik, terleme, konstipasyon ve ejekülasyon bozukluğudur (2).

Lustral antidepresanının çözüm bulduğu bir çok ruh hali şikâyeti vardır. En yaygın kullanılan ve en zararsız olan antidepresan olarak bilinir.
