LAROXYL trisiklik antidepresan adı verilen ilaç grubuna aittir. Bu ilaçlar beyindeki kimyasal maddelerin düzeyini değiştirerek depresyon semptomlarını (belirti) düzeltir. LAROXYL depresyon belirtilerinin giderilmesinde, özellikle endojen depresyonun tedavisinde kullanılır.
