Kalp sintigrafisi ikinci kez neden çekilir?

MPS, göğüs ağrısı, anjina yakınmaları olan, ciddi ritm bozukluğu, kalp yetersizliği bulunan hastalarda tanıya gitmek üzere sıklıkla uygulanır. Miyokard Perfüzyon Sintigrafisinin ikinci yapılış nedeni ise koroner arter hastalığı bilinen kişilerde kalbin ölü ve canlı dokusunu ayırt etmektir.


Kalp sintigrafisi neyi gösterir?

Kalp sintigrafisi kalbi besleyen koroner damarlarda meydana gelen daralmalar sonucunda kalp kasının beslenememesi veya beslenmesinde yetersizlik sonucunda oluşan koroner arter hastalığı tanısında kullanılan güvenli bir Nükleer Tıp tetkikidir.

Kalp sintigrafi güvenilir mi?

Kalp sintigrafi hangi durumlarda istenir?

Sintigrafi çoğukez kişide koroner hastalığı bulunup bulunmadığını öğrenmek için yapılmaktadır. Bu durumda anjiyografiden önce tercih edilecek yöntemdir. Ancak bazan anjiyografiyle damarlarda saptanan darlıkların önemli olup olmadığına karar vermek için sintigrafi gerekli görülebilir.

Kalp damar tıkanıklığı hangi testle anlaşılır?

Talyum testi kalbi besleyen damarlarda herhangi bir tıkanıklık veya darlık olup olmadığının araştırılmasında, efor testine göre daha duyarlı bir yöntemdir. Damar yolu ile verilen ve radyoaktif bir madde olan talyum ile istirahat sırasında ve eforda kalp kasının beslenmesi incelenir. Testin aç olarak yapılması gerekir.


Sintigrafi çekiminden sonra nelere dikkat edilmeli?

· Çekim sırasında giysilerin çıkartılmasına gerek yoktur. · Aç ya da tok karnına olmak çekimi etkilemez. · Çekimden önce su içmek ve idrarını yapmış olmak gerekir. · Tetkik sonrasında da bol su/sıvı alınarak idrar yoluyla radyasyondan temizlenmek faydalıdır.

Kalp sintigrafi sonuçları ne zaman çıkar?

Radyoaktif amaçlı kullanılan madde vücutta ne kadar sürede etki gösterir ve çekimin yapılacağı doku veya organ ne kadarlık bir genişliğe sahip olursa sintigrafi işlemi de o kadar sürede tamamlanmaktadır. Genellikle kemik sintigrafileri ve kalp sintigrafilerinde 2-3 saatlik bir zaman diliminden söz edilebilir.

Kalp sintigrafi sonrası radyasyon ne kadar sürede atılır?

Galyum-67, Talyum-201 gibi radyoaktif maddeler de pratik olarak 12-13 günde vücuttan atılırlar.

Sintigrafi hangi durumlarda istenir?

Kemik sintigrafisi; kemiklerde eğilme, kireçlenme, kanser vb. sorunların başka alanlara sıçramanın görüntüsü için bu yöntem kullanılır. Akciğer sintigrafisi; hava keseciklerinin durumunu görüntülemek için bir sintigrafi yapılır. Ayrıca ciğer içerisinde, yüzeyinde kan olup olmadığını öğrenmek için sintigrafi yapılır.

Damar tıkanıklığı eko da belli olur mu?

Daha önce söylediğimiz gibi Eko çok önemli bilgiler verir ve hastalığın teşhisi ve tedavisini direk olarak etkiler. Eko 'nun tanı koyabileceği kalp hastalıklarına örnek verecek olursak kalp yetmezliği, damar tıkanıklığı ve kalp kapak hastalıklarında ekokardiyografi olmazsa olmazdır.

Kalp damar sintigrafisi ne kadar sürer?

Damar yoluyla düşük dozda radyoaktif madde verildikten yaklaşık 15 dakika sonra gama kamera denilen cihazda görüntüler alınır. Çekim yaklaşık 15 dakikada tamamlanır. Hiperaktif nodül (sıcak nodül) (etraf dokudan daha fazla tutulum var). Tiroid sintigrafisi ile birlikte Tiroid Uptake çalışması da yapılabilir.
