Opalite bağımlı hasta için başlangıçtaki naltrekson hidroklorür dozu 25 mg (yarım tablet) ve ardından günde bir tabletin normal dozu (= 50 mg naltrekson hidroklorür) olmalıdır. Kaçırılan bir doz, bir sonraki düzenli dozaj uygulamasına kadar her gün günde 1 tablet sağlanarak yönetilebilir.
