Copaxone hangi firmanın?

MS hastalığı için günümüzde kullanılan ilaçlar Atak tedavisi ve koruyucu te- davi olarak iki gruba ayrılmaktadır. Atak tedavisinde başlı- ca kullanılan ilaç kortizondur. Koruyucu tedavi ise atakların tekrarlamasını önleyip, beyinde yeni plak oluşumunu engel- lemek amacıyla kullanılır.

MS hastalığının ilacı var mı?

Glatiramer asetat (GA) 1960'ların sonunda keşfedilmiş bir molekül olarak 1996'da multipl skleroz (MS) tedavi seyrini değiştirici ilaçlardan biri olarak kullanılmaya başlanmıştır.

MS tedavisinde hangi ilaçlar kullanılır?

Sadece ataklar sırasında kullanılan tedavilerdir. Atakların kısa sürmesi ve tam olarak düzelmesi için yüksek doz kortizon (steroit) tedavisi kullanılmaktadır. MR'ında yeni plakların oluşmasını engellemektedir. Bu tedaviler sayesinde hastalar uzun yıllar ataksız kalabilmektedir.


Glatiramer asetat ne ise yarar?

MS hastalığın tam tedavisi bulunmamaktadır. MS ataklarını ve olağan atakların etkilerini azaltmaya yönelik tedaviler uygulanmaktadır. Sürekli MS atağı geçiren hastalara atakları %30-40 oranında önleyen koruyucu tedaviler (aşı) uygulanır. Ayrıca bu koruyucu tedavi atak sonrası engelli kalma riskini de azaltır.

MS ilacı ne işe yarar?

Adale içine enjeksiyon, en fazla kalçadan yapılır. Bundan başka baldır veya kol kaslarına da iğne yapılabilir ama sizler daima kalçadan yapınız. Kalçadan iğne yapılacak en uygun yer şu şekilde tesbit edilir. İğne yapılacak şahsın kuyruk sokumundan sağ veya sol tarafa doğru ve omurgasına dik olarak bir çizgi çizilir.

MS ilacı nedir?

- Şırıngayı ışığa doğru tutarak iğne kısmındaki havayı alın ve ilacı yukarıya ittirin. - İğne yapılacak olan yeri alkollü pamuk ile iyice silin. - Kalçanın üst kısımlarına doğru 90 derecelik bir açıda iğneyi yapmanız lazımdır. - İğneyi yavaşça batırdıktan sonra hemen çekin ve iğne yapılan bölgeye temiz pamuk bastırın.

Hangi iğneler kalçadan yapılır?

Enjeksiyona başlamadan önce bölge antimikrobiyal ile temizlenir ve kuruması beklenir. Ardından cilde dik olacak şekilde 72 ile 90 derece arasında bir açıyla hızlı bir hareketle gerçekleştirilir. Enjekte eden kişi, ilacı yavaşça enjekte etmek için pistonu bastırırken bir eliyle de iğneyi sabitleyecektir.

MS (Multipl Skleroz) hastalığı, merkezi sinir sisteminde etkili olan, ataklarla belirti veren bir hastalıktır. Kroniktir, kesin tedavisi henüz yoktur.
