Bina Kapısında Teslimat : Tek Parça olarak düzenlenen ağırlığı 31 - 200 kg, hacmi 31 - 400 desiye kadar ve kenar uzunluğu 250 cm'ye kadar olan kargoların teslimatı bina kapısından sağlanacaktır. Parçalı gönderilerin herhangi bir parçası 30kg - desi üzerinde ise bina kapısından teslimat yapılır.

İade Kargo Süreci: Alıcı müşteriye teslim edilemeyen kargolarınız; teslimat şubesine geliş tarihinden itibaren 3 gün süreyle şubede bekletilmektedir. Alıcının talebi olmadığı takdirde kargo 3 gün sonunda iade edilmektedir.

Kargo firması, belirli bir süre boyunca teslimat yapılmayan kargoları saklar. Eğer kargo sahibi belirli bir süre içerisinde kargosunu teslim almazsa, kargo firması kargoyu iade edebilir veya imha edebilir. Teslim alınmayan kargolar genellikle 3 ila 15 gün arasında depolanır.

Kargo kaybolursa kim sorumlu derseniz sipariş vermiş olduğunuz satıcı ve kargo şirketi hasarın veya kaybın tazmininden sorumludur.
